Intelligence Financial News App, CreditEase (00046) announced that Mr. Zhong Jianye has resigned as the company's CEO, effective from June 6, 2026, in order to devote more time to personal and other matters. After his resignation takes effect, Mr. Zhong will no longer hold any position within the group.
