They released 5.73534 million shares, accounting for 3.60% of their holdings and 1.37% of the company's total share capital; and pledged 5.08 million shares, accounting for 3.19% of their holdings and 1.21% of the company's total share capital. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Weng Weiwu and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 80.876415 million shares, accounting for 48.81% of their holdings and 19.26% of the company's total share capital. The corresponding financing balances for the pledged shares due in the next six months and one year are 167 million yuan and 252 million yuan respectively, with controllable pledging risks.
