Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) Shenfei has signed a 700 million yuan entrusted loan contract with its subsidiaries and financial companies.

AVIC Shenyang Aircraft Corporation announced that the company recently signed a "Entrusted Loan Contract" with China Airlines and AVIC Finance Company. The company provided a 700 million yuan entrusted loan to China Airlines through AVIC Finance Company, used for working capital turnover, with a term of 1 year, an annual interest rate of 1.5%, and the guarantee method is credit. The company will pay a 0.04% fee to AVIC Finance Company as agreed. This entrusted loan matter has been approved by the board of directors and shareholders' meeting.
