May 27: The "Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural Products" has increased by 0.02 points compared to yesterday.

According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on May 27, the "Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural Products 200" was 113.24, an increase of 0.02 points compared to yesterday, and the "Basket of Vegetables" product wholesale price index was 113.31, an increase of 0.03 points compared to yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural product wholesale market was 14.75 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.7% compared to yesterday; beef was 66.40 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.5% compared to yesterday; mutton was 63.82 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.1% compared to yesterday; eggs were 9.66 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.7% compared to yesterday; and white striped chicken was 17.04 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.5% compared to yesterday. The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 4.14 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.7% compared to yesterday; and the average price of the 6 key monitored fruits was 7.67 yuan/kg, a decrease of 2.2% compared to yesterday. Crucian carp was 20.22 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; carp was 14.94 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.6% compared to yesterday; white common carp was 10.57 yuan/kg, an increase of 5.0% compared to yesterday; and bighead carp was 40.58 yuan/kg, a decrease of 2.5% compared to yesterday. Today, among the 46 varieties of fresh agricultural products monitored in the domestic wholesale market, the top five in terms of price increase compared to yesterday were white common carp, flower common carp, scallions, garlic sprouts, and white radishes, with increases of 5.0%, 4.2%, 3.2%, 2.7%, and 2.3% respectively; the top five in terms of price decrease were Crimson Seedless grapes, yellow croaker, bighead carp, green peppers, and pears, with decreases of 4.3%, 2.7%, 2.5%, 2.2%, and 2.0% respectively.
