On May 27, MSD announced that its Animal Health Division's Avian Infectious Bronchitis Live Vaccine Poulvac IBV S1 La Sota has recently been approved by the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs for the prevention of avian infectious bronchitis caused by the 4-91 variant strain of the avian infectious bronchitis virus.
