Sina Technology has learned that Xiaopeng Group recently held a production mobilization meeting for robots, with nearly 1,000 employees from various centers such as automotive, power, manufacturing, testing, and general intelligence attending. He Xiaopeng, Vice President Gu Jie, and LC Mi, the head of the robot center, attended the meeting, marking the official entry of Xiaopeng's robot business into the mass production sprint phase. During the meeting, He Xiaopeng outlined key milestones: achieving mass production of humanoid robots by the end of 2026 and entering Xiaopeng's offline stores as salespersons in the first quarter of 2027. He also emphasized that Xiaopeng's robots are independently developed from chips to operating systems, from joints to dexterous hands, making it the only full-stack robot company in China. Previous high investments will bring higher quality, aesthetics, and more comprehensive capabilities. He Xiaopeng said, "At this stage, we are equivalent to Xiaopeng Motors 8 years ago." At that time, Xiaopeng had just completed the release and mass delivery of their first car, the G3. Now, the robot team is replicating this path. In terms of production capacity construction, Xiaopeng's humanoid robot production base started construction in Guangzhou in the Guangtang Science and Technology Innovation City in February this year, covering an area of approximately 110,000 square meters to support full-scale production along the entire chain.
