Supreme Court Judge Liu Guixiang: Focus on solving problems such as the pursuit of profits and violations of law and cross-regional law enforcement.

On May 27th, Liu Guixiang, deputy director of the Trial Committee of the Supreme People's Court and second-level senior judge, stated at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office that the people's court will adhere to the principle of "two unwavering", implement the Promotion of Private Economy Law, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all types of business entities equally in accordance with the law. They will focus on solving economic disputes by means of criminal and administrative intervention, especially addressing issues such as profit-seeking behavior and violations of the law in cross-regional law enforcement and justice, and improving the mechanism for preventing and correcting wrongful cases on a regular basis.
