Deepen and expand the communication channel between large, medium, and small enterprises, gather resources from intellectual property service institutions, institutions of higher learning, research institutes, financial institutions, and other parties, build a platform for communication, display, services, and connections between small and medium enterprises and large enterprises, continuously enrich and expand the breadth and depth of integration, promote more small and medium enterprises to integrate into the innovation chain, industrial chain, and supply chain of large enterprises, promote the formation of a collaborative, efficient, integrated, and smooth innovation ecosystem for large, medium, and small enterprises, effectively support the complementary, stable, and strong chains of the industrial chain and supply chain, and actively respond to external risks and challenges together.
