Since the beginning of this year, many places such as Henan Province, Sichuan Province, Fujian Province, Hunan Province, Shandong Province, and Beijing have actively laid out plans for the development of the digital economy through the issuance of policy documents, the publication of lists of opportunities, and the convening of special meetings. In terms of specific content, the focus of local efforts to promote the high-quality development of the digital economy varies. Among them, two measures have received widespread attention, namely fostering and strengthening digital economy enterprises, and supporting the creation of high-quality data sets.
