Lingyi Intelligent Manufacturing's listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice on the overseas issuance and listing filing of Guangdong Lingyi Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., stating that the company plans to issue no more than 933,583,200 shares of overseas listed common stock and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
