According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the "Agricultural Product Wholesale Price Index 200" on May 22 was 113.99, a decrease of 0.06 points from yesterday, and the "Basket of Vegetables" product wholesale price index was 114.23, a decrease of 0.06 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural product wholesale market was 14.80 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.8% from yesterday; beef was 66.41 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.1% from yesterday; mutton was 63.57 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.2% from yesterday; eggs were 9.40 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.2% from yesterday; chicken was 17.20 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.1% from yesterday. The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables was 4.09 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.2% from yesterday; the average price of 6 key monitored fruits was 7.72 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.8% from yesterday. Crucian carp was 20.10 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.7% from yesterday; carp was 15.00 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.3% from yesterday; whitebait was 10.61 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.3% from yesterday; and ribbon fish was 40.10 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.7% from yesterday. Today, among the 46 varieties of fresh agricultural products monitored in the domestic wholesale market, the top five in terms of price increase compared to yesterday are whitebait, leek, zucchini, pork, and garlic, with increases of 1.3%, 1.3%, 1.2%, 0.8%, and 0.4% respectively; the top five in terms of price decrease are Chinese cabbage, watermelon, leek, cucumber, and tomato, with decreases of 3.5%, 3.5%, 3.5%, 3.2%, and 3.0% respectively.
