Li Chao, deputy director of the Policy Research Office and spokesperson of the Commission, stated that next, the National Development and Reform Commission will, in accordance with the requirements of the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" deployment, take the construction of key infrastructure in the field of artificial intelligence as a key point to promote the high-quality development of artificial intelligence. On one hand, accelerate the construction of infrastructure for artificial intelligence training, better support the collection of artificial data and training of "big and small brain" models, enhance the general abilities of artificial intelligence in different scenarios, enabling robots to not only participate in competitions but also "enter factories, malls, and homes" more quickly integrate into various industries. On the other hand, accelerate the construction of pilot bases for the application of artificial intelligence, improve the ecological system of artificial intelligence software and hardware, strengthen coordination with training infrastructure, and accelerate technological innovation for the landing of applications.
