Beijing Junzheng announced that as of May 19, 2026, the shareholder Shanghai Wuyuefeng Integrated Circuit Equity Investment Partnership's shareholding in the company has decreased to 4.99999%, no longer being a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares. From September 2020 to May 2026, Wuyuefeng Integrate has experienced multiple passive dilutions and reductions in its shareholding, with the shareholding percentage decreasing from 13.43055% to 4.99999%.
