Moody's: Assigns A1 rating to China Bank's Sydney branch proposed issuance of senior unsecured notes.

On May 20th, Moody's awarded Bank of China Limited (referred to as "Bank of China" 03988.HK601988.SH) Sydney Branch with an "A1" rating for its proposed issuance of USD-denominated, 5-year, floating rate, senior unsecured notes and CNH-denominated, 3-year, fixed rate, senior unsecured notes. The notes will be issued under Bank of China's $40 billion Medium-Term Note (MTN) program.
