Zhitan Financial News APP reports that Geely Auto (00175.HK) has announced that the company has issued the 2026 first batch of debt financing instruments in the form of medium-term notes on May 7th and 8th, 2026, and designated Bank of China Limited as the lead underwriter and bookkeeper, with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, China Construction Bank Corporation, China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited, Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., China Postal Savings Bank Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., and Bank of Beijing Co., Ltd. as joint lead underwriters.
