Dalian: Cancel the time limit for housing provident fund withdrawal, cancel the time limit for some housing consumption deposit withdrawal.

The Housing Provident Fund Management Center of Dalian City issued a notice on the 10th regarding further optimizing the housing provident fund withdrawal policy. In it, they proposed to cancel the time limit for housing provident fund withdrawals, as well as the restriction of "should be separated by more than 12 months" for different withdrawal situations or different withdrawal bases in the same situation. The restriction of having to apply for withdrawal within 12 months after early repayment of all commercial loans or out-of-town housing provident fund loans has also been cancelled. Depositors who meet the withdrawal conditions can choose the withdrawal time according to their actual needs. The time limit for withdrawing housing consumption funds has been cancelled for certain circumstances, such as purchasing a self-owned residential property for self-residence, constructing, renovating or repairing a self-owned residential property, as well as for housing consumption withdrawals such as adding elevators or renovating existing residential properties with ownership. The requirement of "continuously depositing the housing provident fund in full for 3 months" has been cancelled.
