Geely Automobile: issued a total principal amount of 2 billion yuan in medium-term notes.

Geely Automobile announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company has issued a total principal amount of RMB 2 billion of medium-term notes in the China Interbank Bond Market. The name of this series of medium-term notes is "Geely Automobile Holdings Limited 2026 First Tranche of Medium-Term Notes". The maturity of this series of medium-term notes is 2 years, and at the end of the first year of the term, the company has the right to adjust the coupon rate, and investors have the right to sell back. Unless terminated early in accordance with its terms, or investors choose to sell back, the notes are scheduled to mature on May 9, 2028.
