The UAE accuses Iran of drone attacks on the country's oil company ships.
On the 4th local time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates issued a statement, stating that Iran used two drones to attack a ship owned by the country's Abu Dhabi National Oil Company passing through the Strait of Hormuz, to which the UAE expressed condemnation. The statement mentioned that the ship was attacked by two drones while crossing the strait, but there were no reports of casualties. The UAE emphasized that Iran must stop the attacks, fully commit to ending all hostile actions, and reopen the Strait of Hormuz completely and unconditionally to achieve regional security as well as stability in the global economy and trade. On the 4th, the British Maritime Trade Organization issued a statement saying that a tanker was attacked by unidentified missiles 78 nautical miles north of Fujairah in the UAE, all crew members were safe, and there have been no reports of environmental impact.
