CloudTech completed IPO counseling

On May 1st, according to the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's IPO counseling disclosure system, Hangzhou Yunshenchu Technology Co., Ltd. and the counseling securities firm Zhongxin Jiantou have submitted the "Completion Report of Counseling Work" to the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau. On December 23rd of last year, Yunshenchu Technology officially started the process of initial public offering counseling.
