COSCO Shipping Holdings: Subsidiary COSCO Shipping International Freight Co., Ltd. plans to acquire 49% equity of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company for $2.257 million.

China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited announced that on April 29, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary China COSCO Shipping International Freight and related parties of Americart entered into a share transfer agreement. According to this agreement, China COSCO Shipping International Freight agreed to purchase and Americart agreed to sell 49% of the equity of China Americart for a price of 2.257 million US dollars. As of the date of the announcement, China COSCO Shipping International Freight held 51% of the equity of China Americart. After the completion of the share transfer, China COSCO Shipping International Freight will hold all the equity of China Americart, which will continue to be a subsidiary of the company, and its financial statements will continue to be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
