Guangdong issues "mosquito activity meteorological index"

On April 29th, the Guangdong Provincial Meteorological Bureau and the Guangdong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention jointly released the "Guangdong mosquito activity meteorological index". It is expected that in the next week, the mosquito activity meteorological index in most of the northern region of Guangdong will be relatively active, while in the Pearl River Delta region and coastal areas, the mosquito activity meteorological index will be active to very active. In densely populated areas such as most of the Pearl River Delta, central Meizhou, eastern Yunfu, central Maoming, Yangjiang, northern Zhanjiang, central and eastern Shanwei, eastern Jieyang, and eastern Shantou, the mosquito activity meteorological index will reach a very active level.
