According to the latest research from TrendForce, the MLCC market in the second quarter of 2026 shows a clear differentiation with "strong AI applications and weak consumer demand". The international situation has pushed up oil and natural gas prices, driving energy and transportation costs higher. The consumer price index in major economies rose in March, and inflation is expected to expand, inhibiting both consumer confidence and business capital spending. The related chain effects have gradually spread to the electronic component supply chain, with the prices of passive components such as beads, inductors, and resistors increasing from April 1st, with an average increase of 10% to 15% due to the rise in metal raw material prices.
