According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Huanggang Zhengtai Qingneng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established, with Chen Huanchi as the legal representative. Its business scope includes research and development of organic biological fertilizers; processing of biomass fuel; sales of biomass formed fuel; research and development of emerging energy technologies; and research and development of resource recycling technologies. Equity penetration shown by Enterprise Check reveals that the company is jointly held by Zhejiang Zhengtai New Energy Development Co., Ltd. under Zhengtai Electric and Shanghai Yuanben Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
