China International Chamber of Commerce signs Memorandum of Understanding with UNICEF
According to the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, on April 24th, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the China International Chamber of Commerce and the United Nations Children's Fund was held in Beijing. Chen Jianan, Vice President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Katy Vander Hayden, Deputy Executive Director of the United Nations Children's Fund and Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations, attended and signed the Memorandum of Understanding. Chen Jianan stated that children are the future of humanity and the hope for sustainable development. The China International Chamber of Commerce will take this signing of the Memorandum of Understanding as a new starting point, leverage its platform advantages, lead the Chinese business community to integrate the protection of children's rights into sustainable development practices, actively support global children's public welfare undertakings, and continuously improve the well-being of children worldwide.
