Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, battery sales, research and development of new energy technologies, research and development of new material technologies, manufacturing of automotive parts and components, sales of electronic special equipment, sales of power electronic components, and sales of new energy vehicle battery swapping facilities. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly owned by Yiwei Lithium Energy and Longi Clean Energy. According to media reports, on the evening of April 7th, Longi Clean Energy announced that it plans to establish a joint venture company with the lithium battery leader Yiwei Lithium Energy, with a total investment of 6 billion yuan to build a 60GWh high-capacity energy storage battery factory, entering the core link of energy storage cell manufacturing.
