On April 23, Siwe Microelectronics stated that the MEMS-OCS produced by the company's factory in Beijing for a certain customer had entered the trial production stage in August 2025 after multiple rounds of updates and iterations, but mass production has not been achieved as of now. It should be noted that MEMS-OCS is a general term for a type of wafers, including different specific categories and customers. The company will include the silicon photonics field, including MEMS-OCS, as an important strategic layout direction for its characteristic OEM business. As of now, the MEMS-OCS wafers produced by the Beijing factory are primarily provided to domestic customers. Due to confidentiality requirements in agreements, the company is unable to disclose specific information about the customers.
