Chen Xi, Vice President of the Hong Kong Small and Medium Listed Companies Association, Managing Director of Huasheng Securities, and Responsible Person for Licenses 1 and 4 of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, believes that since 2025, the cross-border mergers and acquisitions between Shenzhen and Hong Kong are entering a historical window of opportunity. With the introduction of relevant policies, Hong Kong is transitioning from a simple financing market to an industrial capitalization platform and a cross-border integration hub. According to her observations, there is a strong willingness for Hong Kong capital to participate in Shenzhen merger funds, and with the continuous advancement of the mutual connection between the two stock exchanges, it is expected to achieve a win-win situation for both capital and industry.
