Kaishi Ke China responds to "Beijing Kaishi Ke": No affiliation, taking legal action.

On April 23, Kashi Ke China officially responded to the inquiry regarding "Beijing Kashi Ke", stating that Kashi Ke Investment Co., Ltd. is not related to the Beijing company in question and has never authorized that entity to release any information under the name of "Kashi Ke". In response to this serious infringement, Kashi Ke China is currently taking legal action to protect its legitimate rights. The aforementioned "Beijing Kashi Ke" company is actually "Kashi Ke International Business Development Co., Ltd." Recently, this company has claimed on its official account that it is the new headquarters established by Kashi Ke in China, with a total investment of 1.5 billion dollars, overseeing the overall business development and nationwide store layout in China. They have also released notarized documents, business licenses, and certificates from the Administration of Industry and Commerce.
