Performance Outlook: SK Hynix's first quarter performance is expected to achieve a record high.

SK Hynix is scheduled to announce its first quarter earnings on Thursday. According to the average forecast compiled by FactSet, the South Korean storage chip manufacturer is expected to see its net profit for the quarter ending in March more than double year-on-year, reaching a record 28.109 trillion Korean won. Quarterly revenue is likely to double year-on-year, reaching a record 50.531 trillion Korean won, while operating profit is expected to also reach a record 35.765 trillion Korean won. The company's stock price has already risen by nearly 90% since the beginning of this year.
