Nine departments in Zhejiang jointly issued an action plan to accelerate the high-quality development of the technology service industry.

Recently, the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology and nine other departments issued the "Action Plan for Accelerating the High-quality Development of the Science and Technology Service Industry, Promoting the Deep Integration of Technological Innovation and Industrial Innovation", which will be implemented starting from May 16, 2026. The "Action Plan" proposes that by 2030, the annual revenue of the technology service industry will reach 2.6 trillion yuan, 10 innovation and development clusters for the technology service industry will be established, 100 comprehensive and strong technology service institutions will be nurtured, 1000 high-level technical managers will be brought in, a distinctive innovation platform system and a provincial-level incubation network for technology enterprises will be basically completed. This will accelerate the formation of a modern science and technology service system characterized by strong innovation capability, strong main bodies, high quality and efficiency, and complete ecology, effectively promoting the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation.
