China Resources Corporation: The acquisition of 99.9004% equity stake in Raura Company has been completed.

On April 19, Zhongse Corporation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongse Singapore plans to acquire a total of approximately 99.9004% of the ordinary shares and investment shares held by Breca Company and its affiliates in Compaa Minera Raura S.A. for $106 million. The transaction has been approved by the relevant national authorities and the Peruvian government for anti-monopoly. According to the Transaction Agreement, Zhongse Singapore has paid the transaction price. On April 17, 2026, the transaction was completed, and Zhongse Singapore now holds 99.9004% of the shares of Raura Company, which will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
