A residential building in Spain caught fire, resulting in the deaths of three people.

According to the local health department in Spain, a fire broke out in a three-story residential building in Los Realejos, on the island of Tenerife, around 3:29 a.m. on the 19th. After the accident, a total of 7 people were rushed to the hospital for treatment, with 3 of them in critical condition at one point. The report stated that two of the critically injured individuals were declared dead after unsuccessful resuscitation, adding to the previously confirmed fatality, bringing the total death toll from the fire to 3. Several others were also affected to varying degrees by smoke inhalation and are still receiving treatment. Currently, the cause of the fire is under further investigation.
