Zhengtai Power announced that shareholder Zhuhai Yuening and its concerted action person Zhuhai Kangdong plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the disclosure of the announcement, not exceeding 10,826,100 shares, which is not more than 3.00% of the company's current total share capital, due to their own capital needs.
