The Trump Group will build a skyscraper in Tbilisi, Georgia in collaboration with a partner.
Georgia will build a new Trump-branded skyscraper, the Tbilisi Trump Tower, which marks a shift in the Trump Organization's overseas business strategy. A brand new Trump-branded skyscraper is set to rise in the Caucasus region, representing the latest case of the Trump family business adjusting its overseas business layout during Trump's second term. According to representatives of the project's Trump partners, the Trump Organization and its partners plan to build the Tbilisi Trump Tower, a roughly 70-story mixed-use complex that will become the tallest building in the Georgian capital. The interior of the building will feature luxury apartments, commercial spaces, and hotel-style amenities. The project is designed by the globally renowned architectural design firm SOM, and investors include the Georgian real estate firm Archi Group and the Biograpi Lifestyle company under a large Georgian conglomerate. The representative added that the Saphir Group, headquartered in New York and previously had business ties with Trump, also participated in the project investment.
