On April 17th Beijing time, the 48th escort fleet of the Chinese Navy, consisting of the missile destroyer Tangshan, the missile frigate Daqing, and the comprehensive supply ship Taihu, is carrying out routine escort missions in the Gulf of Aden and the waters off Somalia.
