A source familiar with the matter said that the leading startup company in the field of artificial intelligence programming, Cursor, is in deep negotiations with investors to raise approximately $2 billion in the new round of financing, with a valuation expected to exceed $50 billion after the funding (excluding this round of investment). The source also mentioned that the existing investor Andreessen Horowitz will co-lead this round of financing. Two other sources mentioned that Nvidia is also planning to participate in this round of financing. One source stated that Thrive Capital is in talks to participate as well.
