An insider has revealed that the leading startup company in the field of artificial intelligence programming, Cursor, is in deep negotiations with investors to raise approximately $2 billion in a new round of funding, which would push its post-funding valuation to over $50 billion. The insider mentioned that the current investor, Andreessen Horowitz, will be jointly leading this round of funding. Two other insiders have mentioned that Nvidia is also planning to participate in this funding round. One source mentioned that Thrive Capital is also in talks to participate.
