On the basis of strict normalized supervision, the Ministry will strengthen precise control of the entire chain and process, promote close coordination between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice, crack down severely on illegal acts such as counterfeit and shoddy products, and improve the market environment continuously to consolidate the foundation of national food security in seed sources.
