The China Securities Investment Fund Association () has issued the "Guidelines for Performance Evaluation Management of Fund Management Companies." It proposes that fund management companies should optimize their compensation distribution structure, balance the salary standards and levels of employees in different positions and levels, strengthen extreme value control and grade management, timely adjust excessive and unreasonable salary differentials, and increase the tilt towards front-line and grassroots employees. Fund management companies should prudently control the average salary increase of middle and senior management personnel, and the average salary increase of middle and senior management personnel should not be higher than the company's average salary increase.
