Lake Electric: Controlling shareholder reduces holdings of "Lake Convertible Bonds" by 10.06%

Lake Electric announced that its controlling shareholder, Lake Investment, will reduce its holdings of "Lake Convertible Bonds" by a total of 1.2066 million shares through centralized bidding trading from December 9, 2025 to April 17, 2026, accounting for 10.06% of the total issuance. After the reduction, Lake Investment will hold 1.4311 million shares of "Lake Convertible Bonds," accounting for 11.93% of the total issuance.
