- Tesla is recruiting semiconductor talents for the "Terafab" project in Taiwan.

On April 17th, Tesla's official recruitment website showed that Tesla is currently conducting a large-scale talent recruitment for its "Terafab" project in Taiwan, China. The Terafab project was officially announced by Musk in March 2026, aiming to create a vertically integrated semiconductor manufacturing center that includes chip design, lithography, manufacturing, memory production, advanced packaging, and testing. Tesla has posted at least 9 key engineering positions in Taiwan, requiring at least 5 years of experience, with a focus on 2-nanometer level processes and advanced processes below 7 nanometers.
