The office of the Joint Conference on the Industrialization of New Construction in Guangzhou issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the Construction of New Urban Infrastructure and Building Resilient Cities in Guangzhou". It proposes to explore the application of digital home scenarios in real estate, urban renewal, affordable housing, and old community renovation projects; in the field of construction industry, to cultivate intelligent construction industry clusters, promote innovation in building robots and automated construction machinery, promote full life cycle management of construction projects, develop modular construction and expand its application in urban renewal, schools, hospitals, etc., to assist in the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
