Tongsheng Technology: Plans to purchase 49% equity of Polaris New Materials held by Youshan Technology for 145 million yuan.

Tongsheng Technology announced that the company plans to use its own or self-raised funds of 145 million yuan to purchase 51% equity of Yunnan Youtian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. held by Zhejiang Youshan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and 49% equity of Yunnan Yunju Neng New Material Co., Ltd. After the transaction is completed, the company will jointly invest with Yuntianhua in the construction of a 150,000 tons/year lithium iron phosphate production line project, a 200,000 tons/year high-performance lithium iron phosphate battery precursor project, as well as supporting projects such as wastewater treatment and pipeline transportation.
