Beijing's first store for food safety incidents? Xiao Yang Shengjian responds, Market Supervision Bureau issues notification.

After the exposure by consumers, the staff at the first store of Xiaoyang Shengjian in Beijing were found placing unused dumpling skins directly on a rag, triggering public concerns about the food safety of the store. In response, the official account of Xiaoyang Shengjian replied to the post, stating that they will immediately rectify the situation, and have arranged for all employees and management staff in the Beijing store to hold a meeting to emphasize the importance of food safety. On the evening of April 16, the Market Supervision Bureau of Chaoyang District, Beijing issued a situation report, stating that after law enforcement officers reviewed surveillance footage, they found that the staff at the store had properly disposed of the rag and the dumpling skins in contact with it. Based on the on-site inspection, our law enforcement officers have ordered the store to correct its practices immediately and issued a warning. At the same time, they have been required to strengthen internal management, standardize operating procedures, and ensure food safety.
