The delegation of the China Foundation for Human Rights Development visits Vietnam.

From April 13th to 16th, Xie Fuzhan, the Chairman of the China Foundation for Human Rights Development, led a delegation to Vietnam to conduct human rights exchange activities. Both sides agreed that human rights development must be based on the actual situation and the needs of the people in their respective countries, opposing the blind adoption of Western standards and the politicization of human rights issues. Both sides agreed that the rights to survival and development are fundamental human rights, and peace and development are important prerequisites for safeguarding human rights. They also agreed to strengthen cooperation in the fields of digital human rights protection, ecological environment protection, protection of labor rights, and youth exchanges, in order to promote the common development of human rights in both countries through mutual learning and exchanges.
