In March, Shanghai and Guangzhou saw the highest month-on-month increase in new home prices.

On April 16, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed that in March, out of the 70 large and medium-sized cities, 14 cities saw an increase in new home prices compared to the previous month, an increase of 4 compared to the previous month. Among them, Shanghai and Guangzhou had the highest increase of 0.3%, tied for first place; Dalian, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shenzhen, Yinchuan, Jilin, and Yichang all had an increase of 0.2%, tied for second place; Hefei, Qingdao, Mudanjiang, Yantai, and Huizhou all had an increase of 0.1%, tied for third place.
