It is reported that Musk's xAI will provide computing power support to the programming startup company Cursor.
According to sources familiar with the matter, Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI plans to reach a new cooperation agreement with the programming startup Cursor, allowing the latter to utilize its vast computing power. Cursor plans to train its latest AI programming model, Composer 2.5, on xAI's infrastructure, using tens of thousands of graphics processors. This collaboration model effectively turns xAI into a cloud service provider to some extent, as it can generate income by renting out some of its GPUs to other companies while continuing to develop its own AI models. This arrangement helps the company offset the costs of building and operating data centers.
