In the first quarter of this year, Zhejiang completed a water conservancy investment of 21.52 billion Yuan, accounting for 26.9% of the annual plan, an increase of 5.2% year-on-year. Both the project commencement rate and investment completion rate exceeded the phased targets, providing strong support for water security and economic stability and improvement in the province. Currently, Zhejiang is accelerating the review of feasibility studies for 20 major water conservancy projects, with a reserve investment scale exceeding 30 billion Yuan.
