Asian currencies weakened across the board as the US-Iran talks failed. The US dollar rose 0.4% against the South Korean won to 1,491.30 won; climbed 1.0% against the Thai baht to 32.28 baht; and increased by 0.6% against the Philippine peso to 59.984 pesos, reaching its highest level since April 7th.
