Announcement from Weihua New Materials: Vice Chairman Pan Qiangbiao and senior management Feng Chaojun have resigned for personal reasons. Pan Qiangbiao has resigned from the positions of director, vice chairman, and member of the board's special committees, while Feng Chaojun has resigned from the position of vice general manager. After their resignation, both will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. Pan Qiangbiao holds 3.3 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.96% of the total share capital, while Feng Chaojun holds 750,000 shares, accounting for 0.22% of the total share capital. Both are not allowed to transfer their shares within six months after their resignation.
